Founded in 2004, Mobitech has its headquarter and technology research and development center located in Shanghai with four production bases in other cities--- Changchun, Chengdu, Xiangtan and Changxing, two overseas branch offices in Wolfsburg, Europe and Nagoya, Japan and two progressing bases in Tianjin and Europe.
